Information about Pavlov Winery Vilém Topolanský

We are a small family winery continues the family tradition of vine growing and wine making in Pavlov. Our vineyards are located on the southeastern calcareous exposures , which give the wines an unmistakable mineral character. We own 4,5 hectares of vineyards, to cultivate their own forces for the great help of all family members, so we winemakers and vintners in one. Our grown varieties are mainly Riesling ( The vineyard Pálavou), Gruner Veltliner (Vineyard Old Mountain) We have also represented odůdy Sauvignon (The vineyard Pálavou), Chardonnay (The vineyard Pálavou), Muller thurgau (Vineyard U wayside), Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc (All Pinot varieties on the vineyard under Pálavou) to a small extent I'm shopping variety Gewurztraminer, Frankovka, Muscat Ottonel.

Wines are beginning to produce, especially in vineyard, where this vine preparation is very important for the quality of the existing wine. We are included in the integrated production system vine wine which obliges us to gentle treatment of vines and many other specified conditions. For lovers of wine tasting is performed directly in our 400 year-old cellar.

Tasting – patrolled
It is an hour patrol tasting in the cellar, where presentations: 6 Our wine samples. It also includes a small tasting bite (ie. pečivo + min.voda)
Tasting – small
This is a two-hour tasting with seating containing 6 Sample wines and small snacks (ie. pastry,cheese + min.voda).
Tasting – big
Feature sitting with a 6-tasting wine samples . The snacks are served cold platters (ie. cheese, bacon, sausages,olives,pastry + min.voda). Duration is the tastings 4 hour mostly from 20.00-24.00.

If necessary, we are willing to modify any time duration tasting, provide hot snacks, buffet with roast turkey or piglet.

We can also bake the right home Moravian cakes.
