HISTORY

Although Winery Líbal s.r.o. It was founded in 2001, tradition of wine making in the family is passed for the third generation. Everything began producing wine for their own use, and this hobby has become virtuous current owners fate. Father graduated from the Secondary Agricultural School in Blue and wine after graduation he worked in a collective farm in Upper Dunajovice vineyards in the area. As leaders of this segment reached soon expand and improve grown produce and wines, produced in the cooperative only marginally, He has earned numerous awards at exhibitions. Son walked in his footsteps and graduated from school in Valtice wine. Then they established the current Kissed Winery s.r.o. and continue to expand it together and trying to, that their customers are always satisfied.

WINE PRODUCTION

Currently, the production of wine in a newly constructed building. The winery has all the equipment necessary for the production of wines using the latest technology. Fermentation and maturation take place either in stainless steel tanks or traditional wooden barrels. The capacity of the cellar is now 70 000 l. Varietal composition is adapted to the northern position winery, The grapes come from vineyards in the Upper Dunajovice – Frédy, Old Mountain vineyard and in the nearby village Tvořihráz – the vineyard. From the white varieties produce Veltliner, Müller Thurgau, Riesling, Sauvignon, Neuburské, Gewurztraminer, Palavu, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Aurelius, Pinot Gris and more. From then red St. Laurent, Frankovku, Zweigeltrebe, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Moravia. All made wine is bottled and most sell through specialized wine stores and wine shops. The selected part of the production then finds a place in our basement archive, who we are building since 1993 and today there are several thousand bottles of the best vintage wines.
