winery Nešpor & tomato – Moravian Ves
winery Nešpor & tomato was founded in 2010 combining very experienced and young winemakers to produce wines, which will not be a creation of modern products and technologies, but they will reflect the variety, local environment and winemaker. The grapes come from our own vineyards, where well-made green job reductions and grapes are not just a marketing gimmick. Streamlined cut for one trunk and one drawn along with the consistent reduction of the grapes provide good ripening of the grapes and thus guarantee quality ingredients. Grapes are handpicked during their peak ripeness and phenolic wines are fully matured, fruity, extractive and with a long finish. Winery Jaroslava Nešpora ml. and John Paradise handles only its own grapes, Annual production volume is approximately 10 000 bottle of quality wine to ice. Red wines are aged 2-3 years in barrels, White several months. A modern look dozen perfumed wine, but if you are looking for really high quality natural wines, tak se stavte “a drink”.
