Thomas Family Winery Necas

Our family winery continues from year 2012 in Business, which builds on the association Necas & Průdek (also known as Vinstars Rakvice, shall. 2002). After long years of cooperation, it was decided to go their own way. Wine tradition has in our extended family strength in South Moravia and exceptional – after all, Oldrich (wine Rakvice) a Miloš (VINSELEKT) Michlovští are cousins. We produce around 12 000 bottles of wine per year, to do as part of the barrel or burčák. The wine is sold mainly from the cellar and in selected wine shops. Vinice and the store

Our winery manages 5,5 hectares of vineyards distributed in lines Goat bitter and Trkmanský. Part of the vineyard comes from restitution, we are part of a newly planted. The focus of the varietal Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Malverina, Pálava, Müller-Thurgau, Hibernal, Dornfelder, Frankovka, Merlot, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir and planted Traminer and Sauvignon. In the vineyard of the family company is also involved Mum Vlasta. Cellar management is in a rented hall on the premises of a cooperative. It has a system of controlled fermentation and vinificators. Modern manufacturing methods are used for bottled wines, production intended for sale in bulk form is produced by classical methods. White wines are prepared to fermentation with pure cultures of yeast and fermentation temperature 14 – 16 degrees. Musts of blue varieties after several days of cold maceration udržovují maximum temperature fermentation 30 degrees. Training takes place in stainless steel tanks, selected parts are aged in wooden casks.

Tasting

In our cellar in the traditional location in the coffin alley at Mount gladly welcome for tastings smaller groups of visitors (do 15 people).
