ours Family winery SYFANY It was founded in 1989 and is located in the village Vrbice in eastern Moravia. Winery originated on the renewed tradition of wine production, which we inherited from our ancestors, as well as vineyards, which are located on the southeastern slopes of Slovakia.
Over the years we have decided for the cultivation of other varieties of grapes, and therefore there has been a withdrawal of other vineyards. For our customers we produce the finest beverages from traditional methods of our ancestors.
We focused on the production of quality wines from grapes, grown in their own vineyards. We place great emphasis on quality grapes from reduced crop, gentle processing and use of traditional technologies. Our wines have a distinctive fullness and extraction, suchá či polosuchá.

Grapes, from which the wine is made, grow and ripen in the vineyard, the position of which has been carefully selected with regard to the specific requirements of this variety. Thanks to proper care during the year, reaching the highest quality grapes. Manual collection and processing of grapes, traditional manufacturing technologies – already used by our ancestors – It achieves full and unique taste. During the production of this wine were, until needed SO2, No additional additives or preservatives. All handling is carried out exclusively through gravity and the wine matures until cask maturation in wooden barrel, specially designated for this variety. Thus carefully made wine production allows only a small number of bottles, which are then stored in appropriate conditions our archive cellar. If you store wine in a dark, temperature in 15 ºC, It can be kept for five years or more and enjoy the moment of opening and enjoying every sip.

We dropped gradually 40 ha of vineyards, in the vineyard tracts wine villages Vrbice, Pavlovice and Great Bílovice. All our vineyards are managing within the system of Integrated Production. Certificate of admission to the integrated production system we received in the year 2004. from within 2005 Our production is all grapes grown in the controlled system, the present and future generations preserves the possibility of meeting their basic needs while reducing biodiversity and preserves the natural functions of agro-ecosystems and other ecosystems, which agricultural products are directly or indirectly affected. Our goal is to achieve optimum yields and higher quality, a to cestou, environmentally-friendly. Preferably we use natural regulatory mechanisms to protect the environment. With regard to the economy, we consider any interference with the environment, and we take a meaningful line between biological, technical and chemical measures.

Velkopavlovická subregion, where our vineyards are, It is rightly described as the heart of Moravian production of red wines. The bedrock is composed of calcareous clay, marl, sandstones and conglomerates, which is particularly suitable for the cultivation of red varieties.
