Family Winery Helena found on the edge of the town of Great Pavlovic. It was named after the name of the owner, all of which produces wine itself, the actual plowing in the vineyards, to the processing of grapes in the final product.
The owner was from childhood linked to the cultivation of grapes and wine production, like most people in Moravia. Before the founding of the company Helena wine produced only for consumption by family and close circle of friends. Gradually opted for a professional approach. Constantly with philosophy, that's the good winemaker, who is not only a manufacturer, but who understood, it is a flavor, scent, sparkle and color of the wine, as important is its quality, never quantitative.

Helena Bednaříková holds a certificate of completion of a sensory test for the evaluation of wines from the State Agricultural and Food Inspection. With this qualification is invited to various regional and international competitions, where it participates in evaluation of wines.
Part of the basement is also a seating area for groups to 22(25) people. Here you can order wine tasting and refreshments.
