We take advantage of rustproof tanks with controlled course of must fermentation in order to extract aromatic and harmonic white wines.

Fermentation of red wines is produced in special semiautomatic vinificators and non-oxidative method rotatantions. Using the potential of this technology and malolactic fermentation significantly improve the quality of these varieties.

Location

Our winery is located in the most fertile part of the South Moravian region, near Breclav in the Czech Republic's largest wine-growing village in the Great Bílovice (over 800 ha of vineyards). Excellent weather conditions, location and soil structure local routes allow reaching good quality and sugar content of grapes, This is the first and most important prerequisite for the production of quality wines. Vineyards located in four lines: New Mountain Industries and k.ú. Great Bílovice, Slovak and Sahara – k.ú. Mor. Žižkov (third vineyards is irrigated). We are members of the Association of Integrated Production, who cares for organic fruit growing, grapes and wine production.
