Welcome to the Pension under the Cow Mountain

We invite you to our family house and wine cellar, which has a capacity of ca. 50 seats, whether at a social event, coupled with a tasting of our wines and other program you desire, or for the purpose of accommodation while wandering through the beautiful wine region ,,blue Mountains”.

Come and enjoy a glass of wine from Bořetice. The memory of a beautiful evening spent on traditional Moravian cellar will give you strength to other weekdays.

If you are looking for a quiet spot, where you can with your friends enjoy a glass of wine and relax, pay a visit to our guesthouse under the Cow Mountain. We welcome you with a kind word and a wide selection of wines directly from us. Throughout the visit the wine cellar of you will take care cellarman owner and cellar, who will explain the procedures and the production of wines and willing to answer your questions during the tasting and owner, which will prepare something good to eat.

Penzion “A”

We offer spacious rooms with separate bathrooms, fridge, TV a Wifi.

• Ordered room is reserved until you 19:00hours on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure should be room to relax 10:00 hours.

In the basement of the house is vaulted wine cellar with a capacity of 60 people for various social events:family reunions, company presentations, graduation celebrations, graduation parties, meetings or seminars, or wedding receptions. The possibility of securing dulcimer and accordion. In summer you can sit on the spacious terrace with spectacular views of the village Bořetice and surroundings.

Penzion „B“

We offer spacious rooms with separate bathrooms, fridge, TV a Wifi.

• 1x five-bed apartment with kitchen

• Total 24 beds
• Ordered room is reserved until you 19:00 hours on the day of arrival
• On the day of departure should be room to relax 10:00 hours.

For various social events:family reunions, company presentations, graduation celebrations, graduation parties, meetings or seminars, or wedding receptions. The possibility of securing dulcimer and accordion. In summer you can sit on the spacious terrace with spectacular views of the village Bořetice and surroundings.

The wine cellar offers mainly wines from our own production. Our family manages ca. 1 ha of vineyards. The vineyards lie in the vineyard Čtvrtě to Vrbice on the southwest side with enough sunshine allowing good ripening of the grapes.

We grow and produce these varieties: Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, blue portugal, Pinot Noir, frankovka, chardonnay a sovignon.

Wine is produced by the traditional method and is stored in the classic digging a vaulted cellar in wooden and stainless steel containers.

The wines

The archive cellar below the pension offered for consumption and sale of home wine cask, quality, and select the range:

• White wines: Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, chardonnay, sovignon.
• Red Vines: blue portugal, frankovka, Pinot Noir, frankovka – rose.
• Some varieties are even older vintages.
• We also offer wine straw and ice, gold champagne.
