All products are degreased in our paint shop in a modern facility, which has a continuous distillation of the degreasing agent, to achieve perfect degreasing. At the customer's request, we can also treat the products with ferric phosphate, which improves the anti-corrosion and adhesive properties of paints.
The size of our painted products is limited by the size of the kiln, ie. 2800x1100x1800 mm. We use powder paints in shades of the RAL color scale and various special effects and metallics. Surfaces can be glossy, matte, structural, or hammered. Of course, there are also clear clearcoats - matte and gloss, or color toned.
For products exposed to the weather, we use paints with UV resistance. To increase the corrosion resistance of steel for outdoor use, we offer a powder zinc base paint.

For the renovation of old products, ie cleaning from corrosion and remnants of old paint, we use a cabin blasting device with a working space of approx 1200 x 1200 mm, we use fine-grained cast steel for blasting, to prepare the optimal surface for color application.

At the customer's request, we are able to pack painted products with our own or the supplied packaging material and prepare them for the demanding ones, long transport.
