Skiing, tourism, cycling, active rest in a quiet environment with beautiful panoramic views just outside the city. Cottage Svinec is located near the town of Nový Jičín (4 km) a slow 500m from vrcholu Lead (547 m.n.m.). Svinec top is not too high, but it belongs to the most beautiful places in Beskydy. Anyone who once passed through here, himself knew, what views this unobtrusive-looking hill in the west of the Beskydy Mountains provides. These are mainly beautiful panoramic views.
Accommodation capacity 40 beds, where 27 beds are in rooms with private facilities (1x6bed., 3x4bed. – in one quadruple room the possibility of an extra bed, and 4x2 beds.), 13 beds are in rooms with shared bathroom facilities on the floor (3x3bed., 2x2bed.).
In the cottage there is dayroom with fireplace and TV, which offers pleasant moments, especially in winter, when it is cold and frost outside and a man after an exhausting ski rests by the fireplace with a glass of something good. There is also a living room available for guests (dining room) s TV. We offer the possibility of renting a TV in the room.

Meals can be ordered depending on the individual program: breakfast only, half board, full board.
The public and guests can use the restaurant with fireplace and bar, where they can order refreshments and relax after sports performance (ski, bike, tourism) or just sit in a pleasant environment. In the summer sitting outside - beautiful long summer evenings by the fire (grilling).

During the operation of the ski lift, the opening hours of the restaurant depend on the opening hours of the lift. By prior telephone arrangement, the opening hours can be adjusted or opened at otherwise closed times. In very bad weather, the opening hours may be shortened.

Winter: Large lift right next to the cottage 450m long. Small lift Včelínek 150m from the cottage 150m long. 100m long rope lift for the youngest skiers lies at the bottom station of the large lift.

Summer: tourism, cycling, the possibility of using a multi-purpose sports field (volleyball, football, tennis, handball, soccer, futsal) in the local village of Kojetín (700m). In the cottage you can rent mountain bikes, Russian skittles, croquette, petanque, table tennis. Swimming in the nearby natural reservoir Čerťák. For the little ones right next to the cottage is a small playground (slide, swing, sandbox).

Other sports and cultural activities can be used in the center of Nový Jičín (indoor pool and outdoor pool, squash, bowling, tennis courts, theatre, Museum, historical monuments, kino, disk, bars, restaurant). Possibilities of half-day and full-day trips to the nearby area (museum and historical center of Nový Jičín, Kunín Castle, Hukvaldy and Helfštýn castles, Štramberk trumpet and lookout tower on Bílá hora, cable car to Pustevny, Zbrašov aragonite caves and the abyss in Teplice nad Bečvou, ruins of Starý Jičín castle, open-air museum in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm etc.)

Conditions when booking accommodation and cancellation conditions:
The need to pay a deposit is always determined by the landlord when ordering, depending on the scope of the order (Number of persons, length of stay, deadline, etc.)
For orders where a deposit is required, the reservation is valid in case, when the deposit is paid 50 % of the total price of the ordered accommodation and meals. Paid 50% the deposit is non-refundable. 14 days before arrival, the second part must be paid, so others 50 % of the total price. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival there is a cancellation fee 50 % of the total price (therefore paid 50 % deposit). Upon cancellation 3. when 14. the day before arrival there is a cancellation fee 70 % of the total price. If canceled on the day of arrival or 1 when 2 days before arrival there is a cancellation fee 100 % of the total price.
