Adámkova winery
- Adámkova winery is small, family winery, which operates in cherry since 1973.
We realize, that the quality of the wine is already significantly affected the vineyard. When selecting the grapes we use only our own vineyard, but also we work with the best vintners from other subregions.
In our winery combines traditional wine processing with the latest technology. The grapes are picked and sorted by hand, the wine is aged using the method of controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then the blue variety in wooden barrels (and selectively we use barrique barrels).
In 2007 WINERY Adámkova was filmed movie BERRY.
The symbol of our winery became John of Nepomuk, worldwide probably the most famous Czech saint, who is the patron and protector of winemakers crops from hail.
John of Nepomuk is our link to the past, tradition and human cognition, Berries a view to the future, reference to modern technology and access.
- We offer the opportunity sitting in the basement and pergola within a winery with a capacity to 20 People with barbecue, or for the spacious basement 60 people, Located in the center of the village near the church. Cherry is an old wine village, The first written mention of it comes from 1234. The village is the northernmost wine-growing village of Znojmo region. It has two vineyard – "New Mountain" and "Under the old brick '. The township Višňové is a crossroads between the towns of Znojmo - Třebíč and Moravské Budejovice - Miroslav. The actual winery is located in the "New Street".
